HEARTSTART - Would you know what to do if your loved one or colleague suffered a life threatening emergency? If not book a place now at a free two hour Heartstart Course

You will learn how to: call for help, help someone who is unconscious, recognise the warning signs of a heart attack, deal with choking or serious bleeding and perform CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation).

Herefordshire Heartstart

Provider of FREE Emergency life support training courses for the people of Herefordshire

Heartstart provides free two hour Heartstart courses, teaching people emergency life support skills. They will learn how to call for help, perform CPR, deal with heart attack, choking and serious bleeding. We run public courses and offer courses to various groups all over Herefordshire.

Daytime and evening courses available, contact the Co-Ordinator / Project Manager for details.

We are also looking for volunteers. If you can help on an occasional basis, we would love to hear from you. They have lots of volunteering opportunities, either to instruct or help at courses, general help with course administration, making crafts, organising fundraising, support with facebook/twitter/website admin etc.
