Curves (Kingstone) has been established for 6 years and has an excellent record in keeping fit and loosing weight. Self paced work-out to suit ages from 9 - 90.

Open 8.30am - noon / 3.30pm - 7.00pm weekdays and 10.00am to noon on weekends.
