The government now require Energy Performance Certificate's to be provided, by law, for every property that is let or put up for sale prior to marketing. We will include this certificate free of charge for clients who instruct us to sell or let their property. If the property is subsequently withdrawn the fee will become due.

The company originally opened in Ross-on-Wye in 1988 under the name of Jonathan Preece & Co with a second office opening in Hereford later, in 2002. In 2005 the business was sold to two of the management team, Jason Hicks and Jeremy Trivett, who established the name TrivettHicks
